Fitness for Me is an adapted health and fitness program, focused on body strengthening and conditioning program. This is specifically aimed for those with mental or physical limitations. Seeking to support all abilities to participate in an active lifestyle, whilst taking into consideration limitations and current range of motion.
An initial evaluation with an occupational therapist will take place to observe, assess and discuss your current mobility, knowledge and experience. Following that, an individualized plan will be organized, collaborating with you to create a plan to support your desire for an improved body strengthening, conditioning and lifestyle.
These services can support you at home using your own tools or equipment or in combination with your own gym membership.
